About this role
As an Onboarding Specialist, assignments vary in nature and are aimed at recruiting, screening and hiring qualified staff members; additional duties as a backup training resource are also required. Work is completed under the supervision of the Support Services or Regional Director or a management staff member designated by the Regional Director. Serves as a lead representative for company activities related to the recruitment of job applicants. Acts as a liaison with the Human Resource/Recruiting Department to coordinate all employment
related activities. Coordinates with training personnel to schedule training courses in accordance with corporate policy. Maintains new employee records in compliance with State regulations and company policies.
