About This Role
A s an Onboarding Specialist , a ssignments vary in nature and are aimed at recruiting, screening and hiring qualified staff members; additional duties as a backup training resource are also required. Work is completed under the supervision of the Support Services or Regional Director or a management staff member designated by the Regional Director . Serves as a lead representative for company activities related to the recruitment of job applicants. Acts as a liaison with the Human Resource/Recruiting Department to coordinate all employment
related activities. Coordinates with training personnel to schedule training courses in accordance with corporate policy . Maintains new employee records in compliance with State regulations and company policies.
