About your Role:
As a IPS Counselor provides Supported Employment services to eligible consumers who express a desire to work and face barriers due to mental health challenges that have impacted their employment stability.

- High school diploma or GED
- Must meet paraprofessional status per DMHSAS guidelines
- Sensitivity to diverse populations and special needs
- Valid Tennessee Driver’s License with a good driving record
Preferred:
- Bachelor degree and 1 year experience
