About Your Role :
As the Executive Director , you will play a vital role in the leadership and management of Clarvida’s operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and execution of programs and operational functions, ensuring that all services meet company and community standards. You will supervise a team, manage risk, and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, contracting agencies, and partners.
Does the following apply to you?
- Master’s Degree in a Business Administration or Human Service field with 7 years’ administration and management work experience; OR, a Bachelor’s Degree in the above fields with 10 years’ administration and management work experience.
- Resides in AZ
- Lead and coordinate operational functions for all programs within the organization.
- Supervise personnel and ensure high standards for program and service delivery.
- Act as a liaison with contracting agencies and community stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management and ensure budgetary goals are met.
- Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and contract specifications.
- Develop policies, procedures, and practices that reflect Clarvida’s mission and values.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all services, troubleshooting and remediating deficiencies where necessary.
