Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN Executive Director to manage our branch in Green Valley, AZ.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with experience in hospice/home care or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to our Assistant Vice President of Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned hospice location
- Coordinate patient admissions and ancillary services
- Supervise and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Promote positive communications among staff and with leadership
- Manage teams to goals and standards for performance
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred
- Master's degree in business, nursing or related field preferred
- Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required
