About This Role
As a partner with Clinicians and Special Education Teachers, you'll support Pre-K–12 students who require extra help with their emotional and behavioral needs. Whether you’re working in our day treatment classrooms, local schools, or community settings, you’ll use evidence and strength-based approaches and applied behavior analysis to help kids build the skills they need to return to their local school system. Our goal is simple but powerful: to give children and adolescents the tools and confidence to thrive in their local schools and communities. We provide supportive supervision and training to aid in your professional growth, including BCBA supervision!

About This Role

Perks:
- $46,800-$52,200/year ($22.50-$25.00 an hour)
- $750.00 stay-on bonus
- Weekdays 8:00am - 4:00pm or 7:30am - 3:30pm (No weekends)
- Year-round schedule aligned with Maine's school holiday calendar
- BCBA supervision available

- Professional development training and peer mentor support
- Any Bachelor’s degree or 90 credit hours in the Social, Behavioral, or Health services field
- Eligible for Ed Tech III Certification
- CHRC Approval: Criminal History Record Check and Fingerprinting
