About the Role: Brand Manager
As our Brand Manager, you’ll drive how our brand shows up and stands out. From strategy to execution, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is consistent, engaging, and impactful. This fast-paced role balances agency projects with shaping new brands in our pipeline. Some weeks, you’ll ideate and execute brand campaigns that demand attention; other weeks, you’ll refine messaging and visuals that reinforce our leadership in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead creative brand projects from concept to execution across digital and experiential channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—campaigns, social, email, and video
- Manage and execute a strategic content calendar, optimizing posts based on trends, audience insights, and performance data
- Oversee video production, collaborating with team and external partners to align content with brand storytelling
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement
- Manage agencies and freelancers as needed, ensuring top-tier creative execution
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas to keep us competitive
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or a similar role
- A strong portfolio of brand campaigns and creative projects
- Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Experience working with designers, copywriters, and marketers to bring ideas to life
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and branding best practices
- Data-driven creativity - you love making decisions backed by insights
- Experience in eComm, fashion, or lifestyle brands
