What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Behavior Technician (BT) 2024-25 position at Class Substitutes?
JOB SUMMARY
The Substitute Behavior Technician (BT) provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to assigned student(s) in the classroom setting. The BT will collect data, implement the behavior plan, and other duties in coordination with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
SALARY $38.84
Salary is based upon the current ESP Collective Bargaining Agreement.
WORK YEAR/HOURS
Substitute BTs work on an on-call basis during the school year. Work hours will vary based on the assignment. Assignments are chosen by the substitute through our absence management system.
