Your day to day will consist of:
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
- Updates job knowledge by studying customer experience, behavioral science; participating in educational opportunities
- Dispatches Technicians to client's homes
- Responds to email leads, web chats, and review site messages
Requirements
- 2 years of previous dispatch experience
- Willing to work in person at our San Jose Office
- Willing to work Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM
- Great Verbal communication
- Phone & Data entry skills
- Customer service & Professionalism
