We are looking for a Lead Carpenter with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- 15 years of previous experience
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Reading blueprints
- Must have full Remodeling experience
- Comfortable with a pre-employment drug screening (Note: Cannabis is not a disqualifier)
