Classic Aire Care has an immediate opening for a Call Center Representative. We are currently hiring a team member who has early evening and weekend availability. Classic Aire Care is an HVAC and plumbing service provider celebrating nearly 100 years of operation. We specialize in maintaining, servicing, and installing complete comfort and plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties. Primary Job Function: This position includes but is not limited to: answering incoming calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments for field service personnel and sales staff, make outbound marketing and scheduling calls, edit customer data base as necessary. You will be required to multi-task by navigating our software program while on the phone with customers and technicians. Hours to include evening and weekend. Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus. Service Titan or other dispatching software knowledge is advantageous.
