Day Porter Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced day porter who will take pride in keeping a church beautiful, clean, and comfortable during 2 church services only on Sundays from 9am to 3pm. Applicants should have some professional cleaning experience or be familiar with cleaning products and equipment.
Day Porter Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and other common areas
- Spot mop floors and place caution signs
- Vacuum rugs
- Wipe down window glass
- Dust fixtures, countertops, and other surfaces
- Empty trash inside and outside
- Service restrooms
- Clean areas as requested
Day Porter Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Janitorial experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Friendly demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
