Day Porter Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced day porter who will take pride in keeping the building beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all employees and visitors. Applicants should have some professional cleaning experience or be familiar with cleaning products and equipment.
Day Porter Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and other common areas
- Clean and stage executives floor
- Spot mop floors and place caution signs
- Vacuum rugs
- Sweep parking areas as needed
- Wipe down window glass
- Dust fixtures, countertops, and other surfaces
- Empty trash inside and outside
- Service restrooms
- Stock break areas
- Clean areas as requested
Day Porter Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Janitorial experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Friendly demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8am - 2pm
