Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs efficiently and according to dealership policies
- Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment; test drive vehicles
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
- Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Level 3 Chrysler auto technician
- Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license
