Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong love for education and enjoy interacting with parents and students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about our tutoring programs and services to prospective clients.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling and inquiries.
• Assist in enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Engage with parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable tutoring solutions.
• Help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth daily operations of the academy.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
• Comfortable with a sales-oriented role and motivated to achieve targets.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
