Job Description
- Analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues in complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions to compel, and appeals.
- Managing all phases of personal injury and litigation cases, from intake to settlement.
- Conducting thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
- Engaging in discovery requests, depositions, and mediation.
- Drafting pleadings and motions.
- Preparing discovery documents, briefs, and research.
- Making court appearances for hearings and trials.
- Providing legal advice to clients.
- Assisting in managing client relationships.
