Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and have the ability to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs
- Legal research
- Communicating with clients and opposing parties to resolve / settle claims
- Managing a diversified case load from beginning to end
- Providing timely reporting
- Working closely with other attorneys at depositions and various court appearances
