Clay Center Presbyterian Manor or CCPM is currently seeking a Dining Services Supervisor who will be committed to providing quality senior services guided by Christian Values. At CCPM, our team works together to ensure the residents receive the best customer service experience ever!
This position will learn and utilize the inventory and ordering systems.
This position will be cross-trained on all dietary positions and help cover shifts as necessary.
This position requires to be on an on-call schedule.
This position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operations of the Dining Services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing food service, when the Dining Services Director is not available.
The Dining Services Supervisor ensures quality nutritional meals are prepared and served from a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen.
Works diligently to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first.
Education, Experience and/or Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in dining services in a senior living community preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets preferred.
Physical or Mental Demands:
This position is classified as Medium Work for physical exertion requirements. Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
