Responsibilities
- Oversee all dining services operations, including food production, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Implement and maintain operational standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting dietary needs and preferences of guests.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS to manage orders, inventory, and financial reporting effectively.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions that enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor food costs and waste management to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the dining or hospitality industry, preferably in quick service or fast food restaurant settings.
- Strong background in kitchen management with hands-on experience in food production processes.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS preferred) to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively.
- Experience in bartending or managing bar services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
