Clay Cooley Ford of Arlington is actively seeking to acquire a qualified, enthusiastic, and bilingual Finance Producer to assist our rapidly expanding sales team. The Finance Producer will provide a more dynamic and collaborative environment, fostering a sense of belonging for all customers and employees. This individual must possess a strong focus on compliance requirements while providing a comprehensive understanding of vehicle product's features and benefits.
Work functions include but not limited to:
- Provides customers with financial assistance, obtaining rates, and corresponding with banks regarding loans and other financial matters related to the purchase of the vehicle.
- Assists customers with a thorough understanding of aftermarket products, extended vehicle service contracts, manufacturer and dealership services, and finance procedures and policies. The Finance Producer collaborates with customers to create a potential referral source.
- Develops credit decisions, proposes loans to lenders for approval and assists in the sales process. The Finance Producer submits financial and lease agreements accurately and ensures 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintains excellent working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs with lending institutions. The Finance Producer provides expeditious financial assistance for all contracts.
- Sets and achieves targeted sales objectives. The Finance Producer ensures contracts are structured to generate the highest profitability.

Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- 2 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position. Pay based on experience.
- Flexible schedule
- Good communication skills. Capability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.
- Bilingualism (Spanish) is an essential component; both languages are expected to possess strong fluency.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
