Provide courteous, responsive, and efficient service to both internal and external customers. Collect specimens for laboratory testing, perform waived lab testing and other clinical and clerical duties as assigned.
This position is a prn position located in the hospital and requires an associate's degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) program, as well as ASCP certification or equivalent within one year of hire. Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
Hours and days of the week with vary in this position. Pay begins at $29.23 for an MT/MLS position and at $25.13 for an MLT position and increases with experience.
The CCH benefit package is not available to PRN employees, however, compensation will include a 5% increase in lieu of benefits on top of base pay.
