Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, and providing general office support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and requests.
- Provide administrative support when needed.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Perform other office duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
