CX Operations @ Clay
As Clay's first CX Operations hire, you'll be the architect of our customer experience strategy. You'll design and implement systems that ensure every customer-from self-serve users to enterprise clients-receives an exceptional, personalized experience. Your mission is to build the infrastructure, set success metrics, and drive strategies that not only support our thousands of users but also directly contribute to our revenue growth.
