JOB DESCRIPTION
Director of First Impressions
Reports to: Team Member Experience (TMX) Manager
General Expectations:
Provide our guests a world class first impression of the Wakarusa complex. Manage and coordinate visitors to ensure they feel welcomed and special. Make recommendation and or suggest ways to continuously improve the experience for visitors to the Wakarusa complex.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Facilitate and coordinate guests and scheduled appointments. Answer the main phone line – route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications. Make copies of prints, BOSS Binders, and Travelers for the manufacturing team – communicate and coordinate as needed. Order and manage office inventory supplies for plant 995 & 996- through Staples. Assist with HR recruitment administrative duties – verify employment eligibility, document EEOC data, and coordinate drug screen appointments. Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned. Receiving PO receipts for Accounts Payable-Plant 995 & 996. Keeping up to date records of all Change Orders and entering in excel spreadsheet. Weekly data input in AS400 / Offline/Online dates. Print window signs for finished floors at 995, weekly. Distribute all incoming mail-check Post office and mailbox daily. Any additional duties or special projects as requested by the TMX Manager. FedEx Shipping.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
Demonstrate continuous willingness to learn and grow. Demonstrate sound judgement in all interactions at all levels of the business. Demonstrate honesty in all situations to cultivate an environment of trust. Demonstrate willingness to take on additional workloads to help balance office workloads. Computer skills / typing proficiency / attention to detail.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Demonstrated positive influence and unshakable optimistic demeanor. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
