PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION Highly responsible position under the direction of the Ticket Sales Supervisor and Special Services Manager. Work involves performing duties requiring independence, accountability, and responsibility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned. Responsible for balancing monies and tickets daily. Keep daily sales records to be submitted each operating day. Books and Reserves all party room rentals, group outings and ropes course tickets. Responsible for renting, selling, and inventory of Spivey Splash Waterpark merchandise. Responsible for the selling of season passes. Performs other related duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be 16 years of age or older to apply. Must possess a driver’s license or a picture I.D. Must possess an original social security card. 2 Letters of Recommendation are required if applicant is under the age of 17. Good basic math skills are required. Must be comfortable working outside in summer conditions. Excellent customer service skills are helpful. Must be available for work on weekends and holidays. Must attend all staff meetings, orientations and trainings. May be required to perform duties on a split shift.ADA COMPLIANCE Physical Ability: Task require the regular and sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work, typically involving some combinations of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling and that generally involves lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds.) Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, odor, depth, texture and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally. Environmental Factors: Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, temperature or noise extremes, or traffic hazards. SCHEDULE – SUBJECT TO CHANGE Tuesday through Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm, Sunday 12:00p-7:00pm and holidays.
