PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION:
The Party Host Attendant is responsible for assisting with Spivey Splash Waterpark admissions, hosting parties, checking patron bags for outside food/alcohol, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the waterpark.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following duties are representative of this position. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the role if they are similar, related, or a logical assignment. Additional duties may be required and assigned.
Take entry tickets and apply armbands for Spivey Splash Waterpark admission.
Host parties booked in designated party rooms.
Check patron bags for outside food, alcohol, or prohibited items.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of all patrons within the waterpark.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 16 years of age or older to apply. Must possess a driver’s license or a picture I.D. Must possess an original social security card. 2 Letters of Recommendation are required if applicant is under the age of 17.
Good basic math skills are required.
Must be comfortable working outside in summer conditions.
Excellent customer service skills are helpful.
Must be comfortable working with children.
Must be available for work on weekends and holidays.
Must attend all staff meetings, orientations and trainings. May be required to perform duties on a split shift.
MUST ADHERE TO APPLICABLE DRESS CODE.
