What are the responsibilities and job description for the Referral Coordinator - Dental Patient Care position at Clayton Pediatric Dentistry?
Practice with purpose....Experienced dental/medical professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills sought to join our welcoming, progressive, eco-conscious practice. We are looking for a positive, flexible, out-going skilled professional who SHINES on the phone and in person while paying very close attention to detail.
Fostering linkages, following up with patients, accessing community resources, writing reports and letters are part of your work. By answering and making calls, scheduling and checking out patients you facilitate patients access to care. You will work in the front office, coordinating care between various teams and area professionals on behalf of our patients and our practice. This includes records request management, HIPAA and privacy officer roles. Following up on, working with high risk, high need patients will be an essential part of your work.

- Our scheduling varies depending on practice and patient needs. We are currently open Monday through Friday with one evening a week and one Saturday a month.
- Strong computer, phone, verbal and written communication skills required. College-level course work necessary. Bilingual language skills a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

- Post high school education, college-level coursework required.
- Dental, medical office experience necessary.
- Dental Assistants, social workers encouraged to apply!
