Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $95,000-100,000/year

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
- Oversee the preparation of business activity reports
- Collaborate with accounts payable when coding invoices
- Review and assist other departments with reports
- Review weekly accounts receivable deposits
- Collect and organize reports to provide to the external CPA
- Prorate monthly expenses to other departments
- Review the general leader for discrepancies
- Oversee company financial records
- Oversee financial reports
- Tax planning
- Audit accounts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Senior Accountant Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent reasoning and computer skills
- Computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Knowledgeable about financial reports (profit and loss statements and balance sheets)
Senior Accountant Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting is required
- A minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience is required
- Previous experience working with QuickBooks is preferred
- A minimum of five years of job costing and construction accounting experience is preferred
