As a Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting students who are struggling with academic, financial, or personal challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate all aspects of the Crisis, Assessment, Response, and Education (CARE) Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, researching students of concern, maintaining documentation, and evaluating operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in higher education, student affairs, or care or retention-related case management.

- 1. At-Risk Student Intervention and Monitoring
* Coordinate outreach and follow-up for at-risk students, including those impacted by early alerts from Advising, Student Academic Progress (SAP) issues, financial holds, and students dropped for non-payment.
* Assist with reinstatement and returning students to campus after withdrawals, suspensions, or housing issues.
* Support students navigating registration challenges and financial barriers, offering case management during orientation and connecting families to campus resources.
* Identify and connect students to community resources to support their well-being.
* Develop and coordinate programs to enhance outreach and case management efforts for at-risk students.
