Clayton Valley Charter High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach to lead our boys' lacrosse program. This role requires a passionate leader who can develop players’ skills, foster teamwork, and uphold the values of sportsmanship, discipline, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Program Leadership – Develop and implement a competitive and growth-focused lacrosse program. - Skill Development & Strategy – Plan and conduct effective practices, focusing on fundamentals, strategy, and teamwork. - Game Management – Lead the team in competitions, making in-game adjustments and strategic decisions. - Player Development – Mentor student-athletes on and off the field, promoting academic success and character building. - Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with athletic directors, assistant coaches, parents, and school staff to ensure a positive experience for student-athletes. - Compliance & Safety – Ensure all league, school, and CIF regulations are followed, emphasizing player safety and sportsmanship.
