Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an External Communications Strategist at Clayton. The role is located in Maryville, TN, with the flexibility for some remote work. The External Communications Strategist will be responsible for supporting Public Relations and Media Relations for the organization, with an emphasis on coordinating public events and thought leadership opportunities. Regular travel is expected.

Qualifications
- Press Releases and Media Relations skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Events and Public Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Proven business experience in communications and project management is a plus
