With a wide-ranging client portfolio, CLE Business Services seeks a dynamic Business Management Associate to support the company’s continued growth and provide exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

We seek an ambitious administrator who is passionate about business management and service-centered partnership.
The Business Management Associate will support the company by leading the following:
- Administration
- Implement and optimize the use of administrative and financial software tools for the automation of routine tasks
- Standardize documentation processes by creating templates for contracts, meeting minutes, and proposals
- Scheduling of meetings and travel
- Contract administration – internal consultants and external partnerships
- Support on business development and proposal
- In-person administrative support for company events, marketing, networking, etc.
- Accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Client Support
- Coordinate with clients and partners on financial matters and projects, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships
- Direct client communications & project management for all company projects
- Support CLE team’s participation in client board meetings – including scheduling, recording of minutes, and communications management
- Coordinate with team to ensure adequate project support/coverage
Position Details:
- $45,000 - $50,000 annual salary
- 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid – In College Park, MD 2 days per week
- Semi-monthly pay schedule
- Healthcare stipend and paid time off
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a business manager, executive assistant, or similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field. Experience may be substituted for education requirements.
- Proven track record of effective written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace products.
- Experience with information and financial management systems (examples: Monday.com, LucidChart, Toggl, QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, Xero, Bill.com, Ramp, etc.)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Nonprofit management experience
· Interest or experience in the arts and culture sector and entertainment industry
· Experience with management consulting
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
