About the Job
The Royal Bee/Trainer's are tasked with the most important job at Clean Bees – teaching. They teach technical cleaning skills & how to follow the 4 Bees routine to a wide variety of people at every type of cleaning. In addition, they demonstrate how to build healthy work habits. Our Training Team is a collection of our most skilled cleaners who exemplify the Clean Bees standard better than any other and can rock out the 4 Bees Routine flawlessly. They are true Clean Bees Brand Ambassadors – an extension of the office in the field. They work closely with and report to the Onboarding Manager.
Responsibilities
· Teach New Bees/new hires how to clean & the routine from Homeroom to being prepared each day and wrapping up cleanings strong – relying on a well-developed training program & documents coupled with ongoing professional development
· Your classroom varies day to day – you teach New Bees/new hires to master the 4 Bees Routine & Cleaning Checklist for all the cleanings we sell: Repeat Service (Initial Visits & recurring), Short-term Rentals, One Time Visits, & Move Outs
· Take the lead at all cleanings - communicating with the client, sales, and management, as well as managing the time and quality of your whole team
· Become ultimate expert on job notes & providing the office team with valuable boots on the ground input
· Learn to estimate jobs and take before & after photos for both training & billing purposes
· Continued teaching and training of the whole cleaning team through quality assurance stop-bys & quality fixes

· Higher base wage with opportunity to earn another increase after about 8 weeks (After training 1-2 rounds of new hires in the field)

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
- Two options for availability:
- Full time – 38 hours a week, pick any 5 days Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
- Part time – 32 hours a week, pick any 4 days Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
- 3 days/week is not a schedule offered for trainers
- Your schedule is custom designed to support your teaching role
- You are scheduled for approximately 6 hours of billable work per person on your team (rather than 8) giving you time to teach
- You have more non-billable requirements on a daily/weekly basis which can increase your hours in a less physically impactful way
- Your reliability truly matters as we hire, plan training, and sell around you
- Time off planning is essential so you and your manager remain in sync
- Mandatory days in the summer move out season are non-negotiable – you are heavily relied upon
- Notice requirement increases from 2 weeks to 30 days
- The training and development of our Royal Bee team takes time, you are not easily replaceable
Must haves:
- Drivers license insured & reliable vehicle
- Cell phone with data plan
- Able to consistently perform light to medium physical activity for 8 hours a day
Those with moderate to severe indoor allergies may struggle to perform the necessary work duties
Experience in housekeeping is preferred
