ABOUT THE JOB
The "Royal Bee" Training Team carries out the most critical role at Clean Bees — teaching and mentoring Bees/new hires. They masterfully teach technical cleaning skills, help develop healthy work habits, and demonstrate our 4 Bees Routine (how we go about each and every cleaning) with finesse. As an extension of the office in the field, Royal Bees are true Clean Bees Brand Ambassadors who uphold the highest standards. They work closely with and report directly to the Onboarding Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Train New Bees/ New Hires to Clean with Excellence
- Guide New Bees through the 4 Bees Routine — from being prepared to Weekly Homeroom
- Teach all cleaning types: Repeat Service (Initials & Recurring), Short-Term Rentals, One-Time Visits, and Move-Outs
- Ensure mastery of job notes and provide insightful feedback to the office
Lead at Every Cleaning
- Manage client communication and quality control
- Become the ultimate expert on job notes and provide boots-on-the-ground insight
- Estimate job times, take before/after photos, and ensure billing accuracy
Ongoing Team Development
- Conduct quality assurance stop-bys to maintain high standards, identify growth opportunities, and provide feedback
- Complete re-cleans as needed—sometimes scheduled alongside another Bee to help them correct errors and provide additional training

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
Availability Options:
- Full-time: 38 hours/week, any 5 days Mon-Sat (8 am - 5 pm)
- Part-time: 32 hours/week, any 4 days Mon-Sat (8 am - 5 pm)
Custom Schedule to Support Training
- 6 hours of billable work per person to allow time for teaching (Allows 2 hours or wiggle room so you can excel at your job)
- Your reliability truly matters as we hire, plan training, and sell around you
- Time off planning is essential so you and your manager remain in sync
- Additional non-billable time for calls, updates, and daily responsibilities
Important Notes:
- 30-day notice required for separation of employment – training and developing our Royal Bee Training team takes time, you are not easily replaceable
- Mandatory summer move-out season days are non-negotiable
