We are seeking a motivated, committed and organized bilingual Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Data Management: Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of executives or team members, setting up meetings and prioritizing tasks.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks as requested, including research, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring positive experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
