We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contractor Admin and Logistics Coordinator to support our agricultural commodity sourcing business. This role will play a crucial part in managing contracts, coordinating logistics, and assisting in the development of marketing materials to streamline business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Develop and design marketing materials to promote products and services
- Coordinate product samples with customers to support sales efforts
- Research freight and logistics costs to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce expenses
- Research market data across various commodities
- Develop price tracking models and general management on trade pricing within the target industries
- Conduct trade compliance research for the export and import of agricultural goods
- Assist in the establishment and day-to-day operations of the trading business
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in contract management, logistics coordination, or administrative roles as a full time employee or independent contractor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of agricultural commodities and international trade is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite and related software tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
