This role is pivotal in supporting our business operations within the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Solar verticals. The successful candidate will assist in driving our sales processes through proposal development, project coordination, and comprehensive customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of proposals to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate project logistics from inception through completion, ensuring timely execution.
- Manage invoicing and financial documentation related to sales transactions.
- Track and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to guarantee satisfaction and uphold service standards.
