$18.00 - $21.00/Hr. Plus Commission!
In this role, you will work on-site at one of our locations, greeting and interacting with customers and leading your team by example. You will assist in establishing and maintaining above-par customer service and operations. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who wants the challenge of running a store, including sales, hiring, training, leading, managing, full P&L responsibility, and, most importantly, making our customer's lives easier every day.
What your day will look like:
- Fostering a team environment that creates a positive and friendly experience for every customer.
- Leading and developing team members in accordance with Clean Freak Car Wash's standards of customer service, performance, safety, and quality assurance.
- Maintaining a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to promote sales, recruit/retain team members, and actively engage in training for continuous improvement.
- Scheduling employee shifts strictly according to overtime policies and performing activities related to employee engagement, performance management, and recognition.
- Becoming well-versed in all aspects of maintenance, chemicals, and operations.
- Always displaying a fresh and professional appearance.
- Be ready to work in accordance with all Circle K rules, policies, and protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High Scholl diploma or equivalent required
- Three-plus years of retail experience
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools, and materials listed in the Customer Wash Attendant (CWA), Shift Supervisor, and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CWA, Shift Supervisor, and ASM job description
- Ability to use a computer or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer on-site, to analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
- A valid driver's license and adequate transportation to/from corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $21.00
