About the Job:
- Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of heavy duty equipment including forklifts, roll off trucks, and tractors
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies for fleet vehicles
- Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot issues with fleet vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols
