About the Role: The Fleet Management Professional is responsible for the overall lifecycle management of our Light Duty fleet. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing preventative maintenance cycles and repair programs, driving continuous improvement of asset performance, and assisting corporate and regional management with life cycle positioning decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle management oversight of asset acquisition and justification, deployment, utilization, and final asset disposition or disposal
- Implementation of preventative maintenance cycles and repair programs
- Analysis and recommendation of asset requests and budget allocation
- Development and maintenance of statistical reports related to maintenance, repairs, utilization, depreciation, and financial performance
- Leadership and coordination of purchasing and build process for new assets
- Strategic planning and execution of asset management initiatives
