Job Description
We are seeking an energetic Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team, who can change direction at a moment's notice to maintain all mobile equipment, including repairs, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily preventative maintenance as assigned by supervisor.
- Disassemble/Reassemble heavy and mobile equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test all equipment to ensure functionality.
- Repair equipment using MIG and/or stick welding.
- Enter data for repairs, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, inventory check out, and time.
- Complete daily work and training on computers.
Requirements:
- ~3 years' experience with heavy and mobile equipment repair.
- Must understand schematics to troubleshoot 12&24v heavy equipment systems.
- Required cutting rig (propylene cutting torch).
- Computer literate.
