Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Industrial Equipment Technician to join our La Porte, TX team. This role requires an individual who can change direction at a moment's notice to maintain all mobile equipment, performing daily preventative maintenance and troubleshooting repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble/Reassemble heavy and mobile equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test all equipment to ensure functionality.
- Repair equipment using MIG and/or stick welding.
- Enter data for repairs, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, inventory check out, and time.
- Complete daily work and training on computers.
Requirements
- ~3 years' experience with heavy and mobile equipment repair.
- ~ Must understand schematics to troubleshoot 12&24v heavy equipment systems.
- ~ Required cutting rig (propylene cutting torch).
- ~ Computer literate.
