About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Class A Tanker Driver to join our safety-conscious team in Linden, NJ.
- This role involves transporting hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste across various locations, averaging 2100 miles per week.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating tractor-trailer tanker units safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste, ensuring proper security of loads.
- Placarding vehicles according to Company and DOT regulations.
- Maintaining daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
- 12 months of Class A driving experience and 3 months of tanker experience.
- Ability to climb and work from heights, lift and carry 50lbs , and effectively use required technology.
