Job Description
As a Regional Class A Tanker Driver with Clean Harbors, you will be responsible for operating tractor trailer tanker units safely and efficiently. You will adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of the units, properly load and unload hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste, and secure loads according to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Additionally, you will maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Class A CDL, 12 months of Class A driving experience, 3 months of tanker experience, HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, and a valid passport. You must also be able to climb and work from heights, lift and carry 50lbs , and effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.
