Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality restoration services.
- Oversee job production and technician performance, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Train and develop technicians to enhance skills and maintain industry standards.
- Scope jobs, create production plans, and ensure timely project execution.
- Perform hands-on mitigation work when needed.
- Coordinate with the Mitigation Coordinator to schedule technicians, subcontractors, and labor.
- Maintain accurate documentation through job notes, photos, and software.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating production staff.
- Monitor production vehicles, tools, and supplies to ensure readiness.
- Conduct mitigation training meetings and in-home inspections.
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and team members to ensure project success.
What You Bring:
✔ 2-4 years of restoration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
✔ Strong technical skills and certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration.
✔ Experience with job costing, budgeting, and team management.
✔ Proficiency in Xactimate, MICA/MITIGATE, and Dash software (preferred).
✔ Certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, AHERA, Lead Renovator (preferred).
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work in challenging environments, including water-damaged or fire-affected
properties.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on job sites with varying conditions.
- Exposure to standing water, mold, fire damage, and hazardous materials.
- Work in shop and job site environments with moderate to high noise levels.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
