Job Description:
We are seeking a Computer-Competent Assistant Production Supervisor who is familiar with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and can seamlessly transition between office and on-site responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will provide support in various administrative tasks, assist with documentation, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in both office and field environments.
- Manage and organize project documentation and files.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, spreadsheets, management documents, and other documents.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating mitigation projects and timelines.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Perform on-site visits to construction locations as required for project coordination, technician training, and administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in both an office setting and on construction sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role and/or mitigation is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit construction sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry or knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
- Familiarity with the insurance repair industry
