Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Talent & Safety Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience—handling everything from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and employee safety. You will ensure that new employees are set up for success, manage the benefits process, and work with our department managers to ensure our workplace remains safe and compliant with all regulations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all necessary tools and information to succeed.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Oversee the timely enrollment of employees in benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Act as the primary contact for employees with benefits questions or changes.
- Ensure all new employees receive proper safety training during onboarding.
- Assist in reporting workplace injuries and safety incidents and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Collaborate with department managers to enforce safety protocols and best practices across the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Experience: 1 years in HR, recruiting, or safety coordination.
- Skills:
- A solid understanding of HR practices, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
