Salary : $23-27 DOE
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to hire an experienced candidate who is driven and ready to help lead a team of first responders in the Disaster Restoration Industry. We are a high-end general contracting business that performs Disaster Restoration Services (fire and water damage, emergencies, etc.) for clients in Yakima, Kittitas & Grant Counties. We take a bad situation that has been dropped into peoples lives and restore their property back to its best condition.
Unfortunate events happen to properties regardless of rain or shine. Our team members have year-round work and really focus on the needs of our customers.
ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO IS??? :
- A driven veteran in the disaster restoration field.
- Experienced in writing construction, and mitigation invoices with the Xactimate software.
- Task-oriented and organized to handle multiple clients.
- Innovative problem solver, empathetic, well-spoken, and clean-cut.
- Able to lead and coach a team.
- Willing to be nimble to the demands of our industry.
- Confident in who you are yet a humble leader.
- Able to make decisions through the lens of integrity 24 / 7 / 365.
THE REALITIES :

An ideal candidate has a blend of technical and soft skills and will make a positive contribution to our teams culture. You must have a clean background check and driving record. Must have professional references from former supervisors. Must have experience in restoration industry.
