Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician (Union Gap)
ServiceMaster, the nation's leader in disaster restoration services is seeking an entry level or experienced Lead Water Restoration Technician for the Yakima & Tri Cities areas. We offer company paid training, competitive compensation, overtime.
JOB DUTIES: As an emergency services lead technician (Water damage restoration technician) you will inspect, initiate all program requirements, and help mitigate, all types of losses from residential to commercial.
QUALIFICATIONS: Construction experience is a plus and mitigation experience is required. Solid ability to use a smartphone for data entry and job progress. Excellent attention to detail. Able to communicate with others in written and verbal form - Able to push, pull, carry, lift 50 lbs. Able to work a rotating on call schedule, including weekends and with overtime hours likely.
Requires a valid driver's license and good driving record and also requires a background check
COMPENSATION: $19- $23
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
