Welcome to Clean Pup Clean Up LLC. We are a small start up, family owned business. We are looking to grow our client base with your help. Our specialty is Pet Waste Removal. No one wants to do it, but it’s gotta get done, and that’s where we come in. We come from a customer service background, so we know how to properly exceed our clients expectations, but that also means we know how not to treat our employees. We are family oriented, not money oriented. We know it’s rough in the economy currently, so we are looking for a way to grow our business while allowing people like YOU to earn extra income on your time. Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No sales experience required.
• Good communication skills, ability to respect others and their property, responsible, present self in a professional manner, coachable, self motivated and results driven.
• Willing to work in all Texas weather conditions.
• Ability to easily move from house to house within a reasonable amount of time.
• Must possess a phone/tablet with data or ability to use your own wifi hotspot for on the job selling purposes.
• Must have your own transportation or ability to get to different areas within your selling zone.

Job description:

• Respectfully going door to door in your designated selling zones and delivering a short but effective sales pitch to prospective clients. Leaving business cards at houses that do not answer. WE DO NOT KNOCK/RING AT HOMES WITH NO SOLICITING SIGNS, ONLY LEAVE A BUSINESS CARD.
• 1099 commission only position, no benefits included.
• Work on your own time line within our designated selling times.
• Accurately log notes to track your progress throughout the day.
• Keep manager informed with progress and locations daily, as well as an as needed/required check in to chart your progress and help you succeed.
• Front and backend sales commission potentials. Canvassing commission potentials.
• Great way to get your foot in the door with sales experience.
• Potential to grow within the company upon positive results.

Pay & Hours:

• Commission is a percentage based upon subscription price.
• Soliciting Commissions: Frontend commission is received upon client payment & completion of first service. Backend commission is based on client and contracted employee’s retention after designated amount of time.
• Canvassing/referral code commission is $15 for a recurring sign up.
• One time cleaning commission is $5 for referral code, $10 for in person sale.
• Sales representatives will have the flexibility to choose what hours they solicit/canvas. Restrictions to this include not before 8:30 am on weekdays/9:30 am on weekends, and not after 7:30 pm any day of the week. (please use your best judgement when working during these hours)

Pay: $100.00 - $3,500.00 per month
